At LODWorkwear, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the perfect fit and protection for the job. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn workwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
